ABOUT KEYNOTE SPEAKER
Rafael Magaña is an entrepreneur, speaker, author and leader dedicated to empowering and advancing Hispanic professionals. As the founder of Latino Professionals, Latina Professionals, and Latinx Professionals, he has created powerful networks that provide access to resources, education, and mentorship opportunities.
Through his work, Rafael is creating a brighter future for Hispanic professionals and helping to build a more diverse and inclusive society. He has been recognized for his leadership and advocacy, including being named the San Francisco "Maestro of Ultimate Drive 2022" by Latino Leaders Magazine. Rafael received his certification on Human Rights from the Pan American Health Organization, and he holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology from the University of California Los Angeles. He is based in Los Angeles, California, where he lives with his wife Kimberly and their dog Archie.
