By entering the festival grounds, you acknowledge and consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded by authorized photographers, videographers, media representatives, sponsors, and event staff. Images and recordings may be used by the festival and its partners for promotional, marketing, educational, archival, and commercial purposes in any media without additional notice or compensation. Personal photography and video for non-commercial use are permitted; commercial photography, videography, live streaming, drone operation, or recording for commercial purposes requires prior written approval from festival management. A parent, legal guardian, or authorized responsible adult accompanying a minor accepts this policy on the minor's behalf as a condition of attendance. While attendees may request not to appear in official festival photography or videography, the festival cannot guarantee they will not be captured in public areas and is not obligated to remove lawfully obtained images or recordings.
